SHIPPING

All efforts will be made to ship your item(s) in a timely manner. Shipping is calculated by the weight and size of items and will be added to the total at checkout.

We use DHL for all shipments. Please expect 5-10 day shipping and handling time for U.S. customers.

International shipment usually takes 1-2 weeks and sometimes up to 4-8 weeks depending on the destination country.

We use DHL for international shipment or DHL If you require your item(s) quickly, please select DHL as your shipping option. 

The timeframes are estimates and it sometimes arrives sooner or takes longer depending on customs or the postal company in your country.

PLEASE NOTE: customers pay for any customs charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country. We do not mark items as “gifts” and put the true value of the item so that if your item is lost or damaged, we can create a claim with the carrier service.

SHIPPING PREORDER ITEMS

We ship the pre-order item as soon as they become available. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock items as well as pre-order items, we will be shipping the entire order once pre-order items are available.

CONDITION

Please read all the item descriptions carefully and note the comments on condition. All items are sold as is and we will do our best to describe and photograph everything accurately.

CUSTOM ORDER

We require pre-order payment for all custom order items and custom order items are not refundable or returnable.

DAMAGED CLAIMS ON SHIPPED ITEM

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately (info@dquest.shop) 12 hour grace period:  If you cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering,  we will gladly issue a full refund.

Once your item is shipped refunds are not an option,  however, we are very happy to exchange the item for something of equal value if applicable.

If you should reject delivery,  a refund will not be issued.

Exchanges can be made if your order is a non-sale or non-customized purchase and has not been used or altered.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for each item that is exchanged. This fee will be charged when we receive the exchange item(s) in the mail.

We cannot exchange used items, sale purchases, or customized items. An example of customization includes inscriptions, ink markings (on the Odyssey notebooks), stitching added (on Classic models) or pen loops added (Classic models). 

Exchanges must be done within 5 days of receipt, no exceptions.
